Training
Corporate AI training
Working fluency for teams that need to use AI, not hear about it.
Programs are built around your workflows. Participants work on their own documents, their own cases, their own decisions — and leave with methods they use the following week.
Programs
What I deliver
AI fluency foundations
For teams new to systematic AI use. Prompting as a discipline, evaluating output, and understanding where models fail.
Sector-specific application
Built around one function's actual work — credit risk, engineering documentation, HR operations, customer service. Cases are drawn from your organization.
Leadership briefings
For executives who need to make decisions about AI without becoming practitioners. Capability, risk, governance, and what to ask of their teams.
Train-the-trainer
For organizations building internal capability. Your people learn to deliver the programs themselves.

Method
Why these programs hold
Most AI training teaches tools. Tools change every quarter, and the training expires with them.
These programs teach judgment — when to trust output, where verification matters, and how to structure work so AI handles what it handles well. Participants build methods that outlast whichever model is current.
Content is customized before delivery. I review your workflows and build cases from them, so participants recognize their own work in the material.
